A community where ambitious, purpose-driven professionals reset, reconnect, and rise—together.
What Is Confidence Lab?
Confidence Lab organizes monthly gatherings for people doing meaningful work—entrepreneurs, creatives, nonprofit leaders, corporate change-makers, and public servants—who want to lead with clarity, courage, and authenticity.
Each monthly session is focused on one powerful theme—like boundaries, financial clarity, self-trust, or voice—and features a guest speaker, guided reflection, and thoughtful discussion.
Some sessions are held virtually, some are in-person gatherings. Each session blends personal reflection, professional insight, and community connection to help you build a more confident, grounded approach to your work and life.
These monthly gatherings are key, because confidence isn’t just something you have—it’s something you practice. Expect guided exercises, powerful stories, practical tools, and real conversations. Leave feeling clearer, more capable, and more connected than ever.

Financial Confidence
June 10 | 4:00–6:00 PM ET | Fortuna Bank
This month we will explore practical, actionable ways to build and maintain financial confidence—especially in moments of uncertainty or transition. We’ll look at small but powerful practices like regular money check-ins, setting clear financial intentions, and learning to separate emotional noise from financial decisions. You’ll also hear real-world insights about how professionals have overcome hesitation, negotiated for more, and made empowered choices that reflect their values. The goal is to leave you with tools that build not just financial knowledge, but trust in your own ability to lead with confidence.

Confidence in the Pitch: Leading with Authenticity
July 10 | 12:00–1:00 PM ET | Virtual
What if pitching yourself didn’t feel like selling, but like showing up more fully as yourself? In this session, Andrea will share her personal journey of learning to lead with authenticity—whether in a pitch meeting, interview, negotiation, or chance elevator chat. We’ll explore how to build confidence by embracing curiosity, finding power in imperfection, and tuning into the human side of every conversation. | Expect honest stories, practical tools, and the reminder that your authenticity is your edge.

Confidence Lab Membership
Bring Your Whole Self Into Your Work—Whatever That Work May Be
The work you do—whether it’s leading a team, running a business, advocating for change, or launching something new—demands confidence. But business as usual can chip away at our humanity, making it harder to show up fully, speak with clarity, and lead in alignment with our values.
Confidence Lab Membership is designed for entrepreneurs, nonprofit leaders, creatives, corporate professionals, social changemakers, and even those running for office—anyone who wants to lead with authenticity and impact in the spaces that matter most to them.
