A community where ambitious, purpose-driven professionals reset, reconnect, and rise—together.
What Is Confidence Lab?
Confidence Lab organizes monthly gatherings for people doing meaningful work—entrepreneurs, creatives, nonprofit leaders, corporate change-makers, and public servants—who want to lead with clarity, courage, and authenticity.
Each monthly session is focused on one powerful theme—like boundaries, financial clarity, self-trust, or voice—and features a guest speaker, guided reflection, and thoughtful discussion.
Some sessions are held virtually, some are in-person gatherings. Each session blends personal reflection, professional insight, and community connection to help you build a more confident, grounded approach to your work and life.
These monthly gatherings are key, because confidence isn’t just something you have—it’s something you practice. Expect guided exercises, powerful stories, practical tools, and real conversations. Leave feeling clearer, more capable, and more connected than ever.

The Confidence of Enough
September 9 | 5:00 PM ET | Virtual
In a world that glorifies more—more hustle, more ambition, more achievement, more…stuff—what does it mean to say, “I have enough”? More importantly: What does it take to believe it?
Join us for The Confidence of Enough, a guided experience exploring the radical confidence it takes to feel fulfilled without chasing external validation. This session will invite you to:
- Reflect on your personal definition of “enough”
- Unpack the cultural and internal pressures that drive overextension
- Cultivate grounded confidence rooted in sufficiency rather than scarcity
- Explore how accepting “enough” can be a launching pad—not a limitation
Whether you’re navigating burnout, shifting your relationship to success, or simply craving more inner peace, this session will offer tools and space for honest self-inquiry and meaningful growth.
Come curious. Leave clearer.

Confidence Lab Membership
Bring Your Whole Self Into Your Work—Whatever That Work May Be
The work you do—whether it’s leading a team, running a business, advocating for change, or launching something new—demands confidence. But business as usual can chip away at our humanity, making it harder to show up fully, speak with clarity, and lead in alignment with our values.
Confidence Lab Membership is designed for entrepreneurs, nonprofit leaders, creatives, corporate professionals, social changemakers, and even those running for office—anyone who wants to lead with authenticity and impact in the spaces that matter most to them.
Who This is For
This membership is designed for people who:
- Want to bring their humanity into their work—whether that’s in boardrooms, campaign trails, community spaces, or creative projects.

- Feel like business as usual can strip away our values—and are determined to resist that by showing up as their full, confident selves.
- Want practical, ongoing support to find their voice, take up space, and create meaningful change.
