Confidence Lab: Unlock the Power of You

A community where ambitious, purpose-driven professionals reset, reconnect, and rise—together.

What Is Confidence Lab?

Confidence Lab organizes monthly gatherings for people doing meaningful work—entrepreneurs, creatives, nonprofit leaders, corporate change-makers, and public servants—who want to lead with clarity, courage, and authenticity.

Each monthly session is focused on one powerful theme—like boundaries, financial clarity, self-trust, or voice—and features a guest speaker, guided reflection, and thoughtful discussion.

Some sessions are held virtually, some are in-person gatherings. Each session blends personal reflection, professional insight, and community connection to help you build a more confident, grounded approach to your work and life.

These monthly gatherings are key, because confidence isn’t just something you have—it’s something you practice. Expect guided exercises, powerful stories, practical tools, and real conversations. Leave feeling clearer, more capable, and more connected than ever.

Confidence in Bloom: How Creativity Builds Confidence

March 11 | 5:00 PM ET | The Fourish Studio

What happens when creativity becomes an intentional practice?

In this month’s Confidence Lab, we’ll gather at Petals That Inspire: The Flourish Studio for an evening exploring the connection between creativity and confidence. How making with our hands, engaging our senses, and allowing space for expression can shift how we see ourselves and what we believe is possible.

Amanda will also guide us through a hands-on floral design experience, creating a fresh arrangement in a wide-mouth mason jar. No prior floral experience is needed, just curiosity and a willingness to engage the process.

Featured Speaker: Amanda Lorenzetti, Owner, Petals That Inspire

Confidence & Connection: Using Your Authentic Truth to Find Your People

April 9 | 5:00 PM ET | Ground x Grind

Confidence isn’t just about believing in yourself, it’s about knowing where you belong and who you can grow alongside.

In this April Confidence Lab Happy Hour, we’ll explore how living in your authentic truth helps you find your people, build meaningful collaborations, and create spaces where vulnerability is met with respect rather than risk. Together, we’ll reflect on what it looks like to advocate for yourself with clarity and care, and how confidence deepens when it’s rooted in connection rather than comparison.

Confidence Lab Membership

Bring Your Whole Self Into Your Work—Whatever That Work May Be

The work you do—whether it’s leading a team, running a business, advocating for change, or launching something new—demands confidence. But business as usual can chip away at our humanity, making it harder to show up fully, speak with clarity, and lead in alignment with our values.

Confidence Lab Membership is designed for entrepreneurs, nonprofit leaders, creatives, corporate professionals, social changemakers, and even those running for office—anyone who wants to lead with authenticity and impact in the spaces that matter most to them.

Who This is For

This membership is designed for people who:

  • Want to bring their humanity into their work—whether that’s in boardrooms, campaign trails, community spaces, or creative projects.
  • Want to be ready to step up, speak up, and take action when it matters most.
  • Feel like business as usual can strip away our values—and are determined to resist that by showing up as their full, confident selves.
  • Want practical, ongoing support to find their voice, take up space, and create meaningful change.

2026 Membership

2026 Membership includes tickets to all Confidence Lab events through April 2027, starting the day you purchase! Includes a ticket to the 2026 Summit on May 4th, 2026.

Buy early for extra value – Only $199 through March 2026.
